Data
Who, exactly?
The list is the strategy. Who you choose to talk to decides almost everything that happens after, including whether a well written message ever gets read.
So we treat data as the first piece of work, not a file someone downloads on the way to the real job.
What we build
A map of your market.
We start with the companies that genuinely fit what you sell. Not every business with the right industry code. The ones whose size, setup and problems match the work you do best.
Inside each of those companies we find the roles that buy, and the people in those roles. Then we add what a salesperson would want to know before a first conversation: what the company is doing, what has changed, why now might be the moment.
The result is a working account map. It shows who is reachable, who is a stretch, and where your existing network already touches a target account.
It is the backbone of everything else. Outreach is written from it. Content is planned around it. Your sales team works from it long after we have gone.
What counts
A baseline, then the truth.
Before anything runs, we agree a baseline with you. Where pipeline comes from today. How much of it is new. What a qualified conversation means for your business.
Everything we report is measured against that starting point. Not opens, not clicks, not activity totals dressed up as progress. Conversations with the right buyers, and the opportunities that come out of them.
If something is not working, the numbers will say so, and we will say so first.
Who owns it
Yours. All of it.
Every account, contact, note and reply lives in systems you control. We work inside your CRM wherever we can. Nothing sits in a private tool of ours that disappears with us.
At handover the data is already where your team needs it, clean and documented, with the reasoning behind each segment written down so the next person can extend it instead of starting over.
How we treat people's details
Business contact, handled with care.
- Work details only.We use business contact information about people in their professional role, for business reasons that are relevant to them.
- Relevant or not at all.If we cannot find a real reason a person would care, they are not contacted.
- Stop means stop.A request to stop is recorded and honored everywhere, and stays in place after handover.
- Never sold. The data we build for you is used for your outreach and nobody else's. We do not sell it or reuse it.
The buyer map
Start with the map.
The buyer map is a short, free read of your go-to-market as it stands today. Which channels you run. Which ones sit idle. Where an engine would fit first.
We agree a baseline with you up front. No pitch deck. No obligation.
