Privacy notice

This notice explains what Deals Engine does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you fill in the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email, your company, and, if you add them, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing your buyer map, asking you a follow-up question, or replying to something you asked. We do not add you to a newsletter or any mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Deals Engine who need to answer you. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit, build a profile of you or follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it at any time. Write to gloria.walker@dealsengine.co, or send the request through our contact form. If you simply want us to stop contacting you, reply stop to any message from us and that is the end of it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page first.
